Ordering
Do you sell wholesale?
Yes. Everything is sold by the case to florists and resellers. The case size is listed on each product page. For example, the Classic Vase comes in a case of 6 and the Medium Wok in a case of 24.

Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes. Orders with a subtotal of $1,300 or more get 5% off with code BULK5 at checkout, and they ship free within the contiguous US.
How do I buy tax-exempt?
Create an online account, then email your state's resale certificate to sales@containersource.com. A photo or scan is fine. Once it is on file, orders placed with your account email are tax-exempt. Our tax exemption page lists the form each state uses.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
Within the contiguous US, shipping is a flat rate based on your order total:
- Under $160: $30
- $160 to $524.99: $20
- $525 and up: free
- $1,300 and up: free, plus 5% off with code BULK5
Free shipping goes by the most economical ground service: UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
How fast do orders ship?
Most orders ship from our Paris, Texas warehouse within 1 to 2 business days, and you get a tracking email when the label is created. Express orders placed after 12 PM Eastern ship the next business day. Items over 150 lbs take longer.
Do you ship to Hawaii?
Yes, through a freight forwarder. The forwarder's charges are billed to you: currently $7.29 per cubic foot plus local delivery (rate as of June 17, 2026). See our shipping policy.
Do you ship to Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Canada?
Yes, with a custom quote. Call (800) 499-6128 or email sales@containersource.com before ordering.
Can you ship to a PO Box?
Yes. Choose a USPS shipping option at checkout.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase, with proof of purchase. Return shipping is paid by the customer. To start a return, email sales@containersource.com, then ship it to 960 TX Highway 24, Paris, TX 75462. Full returns policy.
