We have simplified our shipping policy to provide predictable, flat-rate costs for the Contiguous US.

*Free shipping is valid for the Contiguous US only via the most economical ground option (UPS, FedEx, or USPS).

IMPORTANT: HAWAII & PO BOXES

Hawaii Orders: Items shipped to a freight forwarder will be billed any freight forwarding charges incurred.

Current Forwarding Rate (as of 6/17/2026): $7.29 per cubic foot (cft) plus local delivery charges.

PO Boxes: You must select a USPS shipping option at checkout.

PROCESSING & TRACKING

Most products will ship from our facility in 1 to 2 business days after the order is placed. You will receive an automated email with your tracking number once the label is created.

  • Express Cutoff: Express shipment orders placed after 12PM EST will be shipped the next business day.
  • Heavy Items: Standard processing times do not apply to products over 150 lbs.

UPS

Shipping times are estimates in business days (Mon–Fri). Saturday delivery is only available in limited locations.

  • UPS Ground: 1-5 business days. (Estimates only; shipping non-refundable).
  • UPS 3 Day Select: Delivery 3 business days after it ships (excludes weekends).
  • UPS 2nd Day Air: Delivery 2 business days after shipping (excludes weekends).
  • UPS Next Day Air: Guaranteed next business day. Shipping charges are refundable if the published deadline is missed.

FEDEX

Shipping times are estimates in business days. 

  • FedEx Ground: 1-5 business days. (Commercial: Mon-Fri / Residential: Tues-Sat).
  • FedEx 2 Day: 2 business days (excludes weekends). Limited weekend delivery available for a fee.
  • FedEx Priority Overnight: Next business day (excludes weekends). Limited weekend delivery available for a fee.

USPS (POST OFFICE)

Required for PO Boxes. Please be aware that tracking updates may be delayed. Packages often do not show a "picked up" scan for 24-48 hours after leaving our facility.

  • USPS Priority Mail (2-Day / 3-Day): These are estimated transit times and are not guaranteed. Delays up to 2 weeks can occur.
  • USPS Priority Mail Express: Guaranteed 1-Day or 2-Day service depending on location.
