Processing Time
Most products ship from our facility within 1–2 business days of your order being placed. This timeline does not apply to items over 150 lbs. Express orders placed after noon ET ship the next business day.
Shipping Rates
Flat-rate shipping to the 48 contiguous states, Washington, D.C., and Hawaii:

Subtotal is figured before tax and shipping. Free orders go out ground, and we choose the carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS).
Hawaii
Hawaii orders use the rate table above. Orders shipped to a freight forwarder will also be billed any freight forwarding charges incurred. As of 1/1/2025 the freight forwarding rate is $6.85 per cft. plus local delivery charges.
Alaska, U.S. Territories, and Military Addresses
Shipping to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, other U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses is calculated at checkout. The flat rates and free shipping above do not apply.
International Orders
International shipping is calculated at checkout. The flat rates and free shipping above do not apply.
PO Boxes
Orders shipped to a PO Box go out via USPS, the only carrier that delivers to them.
Carriers and Transit Times
All transit times are in business days and are the carriers' published estimates.
UPS
Saturday delivery is available only in limited residential locations.
- UPS Ground — 1–5 business days. Published transit times are estimates only; shipping is non-refundable.
- UPS 3 Day Select — delivery 3 business days after it ships, not counting weekends.
- UPS 2nd Day Air — delivery 2 business days after it ships, not counting weekends.
- UPS Next Day Air — guaranteed next business day. Shipping charges are refundable if the published deadline is missed.
FedEx
Saturday and Sunday delivery is available in most, but not all, residential locations. See the FedEx money-back guarantee for details.
- FedEx Ground — 1–5 business days. No weekend delivery to commercial addresses; weekend delivery is available to residential addresses. Published transit times are estimates only; shipping is non-refundable.
- FedEx 2 Day — express service, 2 calendar days, no weekend delivery. Weekend delivery is available for an extra fee in limited locations. Shipping charges are refundable if the published deadline is missed.
- FedEx Priority Overnight — express service, next business day, no weekend delivery. Weekend delivery is available for an extra fee in some locations. Shipping charges are refundable if the published deadline is missed.
USPS
USPS transit times are unreliable and tracking is often slow to update — records can go several days with no new scans. Our local post office frequently does not scan items at pickup, so tracking may show no movement for several days after your order has actually shipped. USPS is required for delivery to PO Boxes.
- Priority Mail 2-Day — 2 days estimated, but can take up to 2 weeks. Transit time is not guaranteed.
- Priority Mail 3-Day — 3 days estimated, but can take up to 2 weeks. Transit time is not guaranteed.
- Priority Mail Express 2-Day — 2 days guaranteed after it ships.
- Priority Mail Express 1-Day — next day guaranteed after it ships.
